We offer FREE ground shipping to Canada and all 50 States in the USA (yep, even Hawaii and Alaska) on ALL orders over $25 USD. No coupon code needed. Just free shipping every day on any order over $25!
And don't fret, shipping is only a low flat rate of $5 on orders under $25.
International shipping is one low flat-rate of $20 to help us offset the costs of international shipment. All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Where do we ship? Everywhere! Our wonderful customers are located throughout the world – France, Singapore, Norway, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, and more!
Are there any exceptions? We ship to China based on weight, not on the flat rate. We recently had to do this because rates increased so much through USPS.
Please note we DO NOT ship to Russia right now (as of September 2014) due to issues with US sanctions and USPS shipping having issues with delivery. We hope to ship to Russia again very soon!
Please keep in mind that your order might be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. You will be responsible for any import fees. To obtain details regarding import fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the shipping carrier or your country's customs office.
While it seems to be quite rare among our international customers, please know that your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. As the purchaser, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package in tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered/received by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If your package should be delayed or have an issue with delivery, you must contact your local postal service to inquire about the package. This happens very rarely, yet it's important for you to know just in case!
We package all orders very securely and safely for international travel. If your package arrives damaged or with missing or broken product, a claim must be filed with USPS, FedEx, or UPS (depending on who you selected to ship your order) and/or your local postal service. We are not responsible for missing or damaged items. Customs may also confisticate your items, so please check before ordering whether you are allowed to import the products you are ordering.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that were incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Epic Beauty Bar. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), Saturday, and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, there will be a YELLOW BOX right below the Add to Cart button, alerting you to the fact that the item is backordered and its expected ship date.
If you ordered backordered items, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your backordered item(s) become available.

All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, NV. Most orders within the USA are received in 2-5 business days.
Next Day Shipping orders must be placed by 12 noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be shipped the same business day.
